Discover the southern magic of Zakynthos! The Southern Route takes you to the National Marine Park, where nature meets adventure in one of the Mediterranean's most protected ecosystems.
The excursion begins with a cruise to Marathonisi, known as "Turtle Island". This small turtle-shaped islet is one of the most important nesting sites for the Caretta-Caretta sea turtle. You'll have the opportunity to swim in crystal-clear waters and, if you're lucky, see turtles swimming freely in their natural habitat - a moving experience!
Next, we sail to the impressive Keri Caves, a geological wonder with massive arches and rock formations created by thousands of years of erosion. The play of light inside the caves creates magical shades from green to deep blue. You'll enter the caves by boat and swim in their turquoise waters.
The excursion continues with visits to private beaches on the southern coast, accessible only by sea. Here you'll enjoy peaceful swims in secluded paradises, away from tourist crowds. These beaches maintain their wild beauty and offer ideal conditions for snorkeling and exploring the rich seabed.
Throughout the tour, you'll enjoy wine, beers, soft drinks, and snacks, while our skipper informs you about the turtle protection program and the importance of the National Marine Park.
